Ventaris comes from the Latin ventus, wind. Wind fills sails, carries seeds to new soil, clears the air. It doesn't create the destination, it makes the journey possible.
Prima Causa is Latin for the first cause, an idea that goes back to Aristotle: the reason behind every reason, the foundation beneath all foundations.
We believe every company has a first cause, a standard decided before the first decision is made. We named ours before we built anything: our Prima Causa is people.

Service flow
Six stages, each ending with something you can hold: a document, a demo, a release. You always know where the project stands and what comes next.
We listen before we propose anything. You tell us the problem, who it affects, and what success looks like. Together, we'll work out at this stage whether we're the best choice for you.
You leave withProblem brief, scope direction, and an indicative budget and timeline. No cost, no obligation.
We turn the brief into a plan: what gets built, how it fits your existing systems, which technology it runs on, and what it costs. Nothing is left as "we'll figure it out later".
You leave withFeature list, user flow and wireframes, system architecture, tech stack, and a firm proposal with a quotation.
We put the plan in writing so both sides are protected: scope, milestones, payment terms, and who is responsible for what. Then we kick off with the people who'll do the work in the room.
You leave withSigned contract and scope of work, milestone and payment schedule, NDA, and a named project contact.
We work in two-week sprints. At the end of each one, you see what has been built: clickable prototypes in the early sprints, working features as development progresses. Each sprint also comes with a progress report, so you always know where the project stands. Quality assurance runs alongside development, and you test it yourself before anyone calls it done.
You leave withA sprint review and progress report every two weeks, a staging environment you can open once the build begins, QA reports, and user acceptance testing.
We take it live. Servers configured and data migrated. Your team is trained before launch day, not after it.
You leave withProduction release, documentation, team training, and full handover of source code and credentials.
Launch is the middle of the project, not the end. We stay on for warranty and monitoring, then keep improving the product as you learn what your users actually do with it.
You leave withWarranty period, agreed response times, monitoring and backups, and a roadmap for the next release.
Every project is different. Small, well-defined work can move from consultation to agreement in a week; a platform replacement takes longer, and doing it steadily is the fastest route to getting it right. We'll tell you which one yours is at stage one.
SES is a contract for our engineers to carry out work using their expertise, not for a finished product delivered at the end. Work is delivered remotely from our team in Jakarta, and all direction and management of the engineers comes from our own team lead. This is how we deliver SES, under a quasi-delegation service contract.
On-site placement is not offered at present. Our engineers work from Jakarta on our own equipment and development environment, and report through our lead. Where a project needs access to your systems, we work within the permissions you grant, in line with your security policies.
